What you see
The list shows tickets in your workspace, newest activity first. Each row includes:- Ticket number (
#1042) - Title
- Type name
- Status badge (color comes from the status)
- Priority
Ticket detail at a glance
The detail view is split into the work itself and a side panel of properties. Main column- Number, title, type, and priority
- Status picker (only statuses attached to this type)
- Description
- Message thread
- Custom attributes
- Assignee and team
- Share (back-office types that allow it)
- Snooze
- Disposition
- Linked conversations
- Grouped tickets on tracker tickets
- History
Priority
Priority is independent of status. Use it to sort attention, not to mean “resolved”.Source
Each ticket records how it originated (manual, voice, api, form, and other channels). Manually created inbox tickets are manual. Linking a conversation does not by itself change that source.
Empty and archived configuration
If you cannot create a ticket, check that:- At least one active ticket type exists
- That type has a default in-progress status attached
- You have permission to create tickets
